Overview

RE-ADVERTISEMENT: Appointment of three additional service providers for repairs, alterations and maintenance on all municipal buildings and facilities (MP 313) for 36 months. Suitable for contractors in repairs, alterations and, general maintenance of municipal facilities with CIDB 2GB or higher; bidders must meet compulsory documentation and regulatory requirements (CK, COIDA, tax status, etc.).

Requirements

• CIDB grading of 2GB or higher (Compulsory)
• Copy of company Registration Certificate (CK) – Compulsory
• Valid COIDA/Workmen’s Compensation registration – Compulsory
• Tax compliance status (PIN) – Non-Compulsory (verification possible)
• Current Municipal account not in arrears for 3 months or lease agreement for bidder/directors – Compulsory
• Full CSD report – Non-Compulsory
• Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable) – Compulsory
• Annexure A attachments completed; all forms completed in full – Compulsory
