• For Church purposes: CK/Company documents; ID copy; Lease or municipal account; Proof of church funds (R100,000 monthly over 24 months) – Compulsory; Evidence of existence >36 months – Compulsory; Membership of ≥300 (36 months) – Compulsory; Six months bank statements – Compulsory; All forms must be completed in full.
• Preferential procurement: 80 points for price, 20 points for Specific Goals (as defined in MBD 6.1); Not in the service of the state; Not an advisor/consultant contracted with the Municipality.
• The Council may withdraw or reject tenders; awards need not be the lowest or top points winner.
