Provision of office accommodation in Kimberley (Northern Cape) for the Commission for Gender Equality (CGE) via lease and related facilities management services; property developers/investors or facilities management providers with the ability to lease and manage CGE office space should bid. The contract requires ownership or robust lease arrangements for a property with at least 250 m2 gross leasable area, a minimum of 9 parking bays, located within 3 km of Kimberley CBD and accessible by public transport, plus compliance with health, safety, accessibility and municipal approvals. Proposals are evaluated in two stages (mandatory compliance and functionality, then price/equity under PPPFA 2022). Submission is via a sealed bid to the CGE tender box at 2 Kotze Street, with original plus two copies, by 19 November 2026 at 11:00; documents include SBD forms, CSD registration, pricing schedules, and a detailed property plan, maintenance plan, and project methodology. Pricing must be in ZAR, fixed for the period, and valid for 120 days from closing. The CGE will assess mandatory requirements (ownership, size, location, plans, funding, and compliance), stage-two functionality (location, size, outsourced services, maintenance, FM team, site inspection), and price/equity (80/20).
