Overview

Procurement of construction works to complete Melville Hall, Ward 24 in KwaDukuza. Tenderers must be CIDB 5GB+ and registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). • Completion of all applicable MBD forms and tender returnable schedules; prices inclusive of VAT.
• Attendance at compulsory clarification meeting and site inspection (signed certificate required).
• Compliance with MFMA, PPP policy, and brand-name regulations (Regulation 27(2)).
• CIDB and tax compliance status checks; prohibition on defaulters (National Treasury Defaulters Database).
• Sub-contracting requirements for tenders exceeding thresholds and local skills development obligations (see tender for specifics).
• Minimum Functionality score: 70/100 (Locality 20; Relevant project experience 20; Key personnel 45; Plant/equipment 15).
