Overview

The tender seeks to appoint a service provider to conduct tourism, marketing and development in the Cederberg Municipal Area. Requirements

• Obtain tender documents in English from the municipality upon payment of a non-refundable participation fee; documents available at 2A Voortrekker Street or from Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000, ann ekj@cederberg.gov.za).
• Pay a non-refundable tender deposit of R343.00 (VAT inclusive) to the Cederberg Municipality’s Standard Bank account; reference: CED 09/2026-2027 – Company Name; provide proof of payment when collecting documents.
• Fully completed tender documents must be placed in a sealed envelope and deposited in the Tender Box at the Municipality, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, by 12:00 on Friday 09 October 2026; bids must be on documents issued by the Municipality.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the reception (08:00–16:00 Mon–Thu, 08:00–14:00 Fri) or via Anneke Januarie after payment of the participation fee (see document). • Pay the R343 deposit into the Standard Bank account; keep proof of payment for document collection.
• Collect and complete the tender documents; use the Municipality’s bid documentation and place in a sealed envelope endorsed with the tender number.
• Submit the sealed envelope to the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, by 12:00 on 09 October 2026.
