Overview

The municipality invites bids for the supply and delivery of end-user computer devices and accessories. Open tender suitable for IT hardware suppliers/resellers capable of delivering end-user devices and related accessories to a municipality.

Requirements

• Non-refundable tender deposit of R343 (VAT inclusive) payable to Standard Bank (Branch 05-0106, Account 082 163 324) with reference “CED 18/2026-2027 – Company Name”; proof required to collect documents.
• Tender documents available in English from reception or via Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000, annekj@cederberg.gov.za) on payment of the deposit.
• Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, endorsed with “TENDER NO. CED 18/2026-2027: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF END-USER COMPUTER DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES” and deposited in the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam.
• Fully completed tender documents must be placed in the tender box by 12:00 on Friday 9 October 2026 (document: TENDER NUMBER: CED 18/2026-2027 - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF END-USER COMPUTER DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES).
• The Municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept only part of a tender. Not bound to accept the lowest, highest, or any tender.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the reception or via Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000, annekj@cederberg.gov.za) from 25 September 2026.
• Pay the non-refundable deposit of R343 and keep the proof of payment for document collection.
• Collect the tender documents and prepare the fully completed tender in the issued bid documentation.
• Submit the sealed tender in the Tender Box at the Municipal Main Building, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, by 12:00 on 9 October 2026.
