Overview

This open national tender is for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of air conditioners for Nakuru County Government. The tender is reserved for women and targets qualified HVAC/electrical installation contractors to supply and install air-conditioning systems (including related services per Schedule of Requirements).

Requirements

• Eligibility: reserved for women; must meet tender eligibility and not be debarred.
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration (as specified in the tender documents).
• Manufacturer’s Authorization if the bidder does not manufacture the goods.
• Tax compliance: current tax clearance certificate.
• No conflicts of interest; compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules.
• Conformity to technical specifications and ability to provide spare parts, maintenance, and after-sales support.
• Joint Ventures: if formed, JV Agreement or letter of intent and representative must be provided; jointly and severally liable.
