Overview

Appointment of a panel of training service providers to conduct Economic Development and Investment (Functional) training programmes and workshops for Mogale City Local Municipality employees on an as-and-when required basis for a three-year period. Target bidders are training service providers with capacity to deliver municipal-level economic development/investment training and related workshops; mandatory briefing attendance and compliance with SAPS/PPPFA requirements apply.

Requirements

• Mandatory briefing session: 24 August 2026 at 10:00, Mayoral Chamber, Krugersdorp (no virtual session) (CATEGORY 9 revised.pdf).
• Complete and submit all official Mogale City bid forms, handwritten in black ink; no electronic signatures or typed bids.
• Certifications and registrations: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or CSD number; SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or TCS status; and, if applicable, pre-award questionnaire for foreign bidders.
• Mandatory documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; CSR declaration; Municipal Rates/Taxes or approved lease/rental documentation; all documents must be original (not re-typed).
• Bidder integrity: not in service of the state; complete conflict-of-interest declarations; MBD9 independent bid determination.
• Corporate Social Responsibility: 2% CSR contribution for non-Mogale City-based bidders.
• VAT and pricing: bids in RSA currency, prices inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Evaluation: 65 points for functionality (minimum 36 points to qualify for panel) and 80/20 price-system preference at RFQ stage (specific goals scoring includes locality, youth, gender).
• Validity: bid remains open for 120 days.
