Overview

Procurement of a panel of training service providers to conductHuman Resources and People Management (Functional) training programmes and workshops for Mogale City Local Municipality employees on an as-and-when-required basis for a three-year period. Bidders should be training/service providers with HR/L&D capabilities to design and deliver functional training modules, and meet the administrative requirements (BBBEE, tax, registrations, etc.).

Requirements

• Complete and submit the official Mogale City bidding documents (MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) handwritten in black ink on the supplied forms.
• Meet tax and supplier registrations: Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or SARS PIN; if foreign, complete Part B3 questionnaire; provide CSD number if no TCS.
• Mandatory documents: CSD registration, Municipal Rates/Taxes or suitable lease/rental documentation; where applicable, updated municipal affidavit if no account.
• Compulsory briefing attendance: 24 August 2026 at 10:00, in person at Mayoral Chamber; no virtual briefing.
• Evaluation: ad adjudication uses an 80/20 preference system (price vs. specific goals); functionality is 65 points with a minimum of 36 points to qualify; specific goals include locality, youth, and gender factors (see table in the tender).
• Additional: adherence to GCC/GCC-based conditions, signing of MBD7 if awarded, and compliance with all other tender conditions (no e-signatures, etc.).
