Overview

Procurement of a panel of training service providers to conduct management and functional training programmes and workshops for Mogale City Local Municipality employees on an as-and-when-required basis for a three-year period. Open to training/learning and development providers with capabilities to design and deliver municipal-level management and functional training, deploy qualified trainers, and meet applicable certifications and procurement rules.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing session: 24 August 2026, 10:00, Mayoral Chamber, Krugersdorp; no virtual option.
• Submit on official Mogale City bid forms, handwritten in black ink; no retyping or electronic signatures.
• Mandatory documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; CSD or VAT/TCS compliance; Central Supplier Database where applicable.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status; foreign bidders to complete pre-award questionnaire; joint ventures require separate TCS/CSD for each party.
• Municipal accounts: provide current municipal rates or lease/rental proof; alternative affidavits if applicable.
• CSR: 2% Corporate Social Responsibility contribution for non-Mogale-based bidders.
• No bids from persons in the state; JV documentation must be clear and binding.
• Evaluation: 65 points for functionality (minimum 36 to qualify); 80/20 price-preference (or 90/10 if applicable) with specific goals (e.g., within municipality, West Rand, Gauteng, Youth, Women) as defined.
