Overview

Procurement of IT and Systems (Functional) training services – appointment of a panel of training service providers for Mogale City Local Municipality employees on an as-and-when-required basis for a 3-year period. Suitable bidders are training providers with IT/Systems training expertise, learning and development capabilities, and the ability to deliver on-site and/or in relevant venues within the municipal context (Category 8).

Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to supply IT/Systems (functional) training programs and workshops over a 3-year period.
• Complete and submit official MBD documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 (on their original forms, black ink).
• Submit CSD registration report or summary; if applicable, provide tax/compliance documentation (PIN with SARS) and VAT status; foreign bidders must complete the pre-award questionnaire.
• Attach Municipal Rates/Taxes or valid lease/rental documentation for the bidding entity; ensure address verification requirements are met.
• Attend the compulsory briefing session on 24 August 2026 at 10:00 (Mayoral Chamber, Krugersdorp) and sign the attendance register.
• Provide proof of BBBEE status or sworn affidavit; CSR contribution of 2% applies if not Mogale City-based.
• Adhere to GCC/GCC-based terms; no electronic signatures; bids must be handwritten in black ink on official forms.
• Functionality scoring: minimum 36 out of 65 for the 65-point functionality evaluation; overall adjudication is 80/20 with price and specific goals.
• Specific goals scoring: points allocated for location within municipality/region, youth, women, etc. (documented in the table in the bid docs).
• JV/consortium must include a formation document and clear delegation of authority (notarized).
• Bids valid for 120 days.
