Overview

Tenders are invited for the supply, delivery and off-loading of various landscape maintenance equipment and maintenance of equipment on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of three years. Open to bidders who are on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or can provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) where applicable; includes a compulsory briefing session (31 Aug 2026, Krugersdorp) and a 120-day validity. Requirements

• CSD registration or SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) and related pre-qualification questions (foreign suppliers: complete Part B3) (IEM (BM) 01- 2027.pdf)
• Submit the following on official Mogale City forms: MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9 (MANDATORY DOCUMENTS) (IEM (BM) 01/2027.pdf)
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report or summary (IEM (BM) 01/2027.pdf)
• Municipal rates/taxes or lease/rental documentation if applicable (IEM (BM) 01/2027.pdf)
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session and completion of the attendance register (IEM (BM) 01/2027.pdf)
• Leaflet/brochure with manufacturer name, model, picture and specifications for all equipment tendered (IEM (BM) 01/2027.pdf)
• VAT status and related VAT vendor registration obligations; prices must be VAT inclusive for VAT vendors (IEM (BM) 01/2027.pdf)
• Corporate Social Responsibility: 2% contribution for non-Mogale City-based bidders (MCLM 2% CSR) (IEM (BM) 01/2027.pdf)
