Overview

Tenders are invited for the supply, delivery and offloading of traffic light spares on an as-needed basis for 36 months. Open to bidders who are tax compliant, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet Mogale City SCM/PPPFA requirements; briefing is mandatory.

Requirements

• Compliance with PPPFA 2022, GCC and Mogale SCM conditions; 80/20 adjudication with 30-point functionality (min 25 to progress) and CSR considerations.
• Tax and registrations: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN, CSD registration; if not using TCS, provide CSD number; VAT status if turnover requires VAT.
• Documentation: complete MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; submit CSD report; Municipal rates/taxes or approved lease/rental proof; attend mandatory briefing (see attached).
• Additional: 2% Corporate Social Responsibility contribution for non-Mogale City-based bidders; bids must be unsigned electronically (handwritten); no bids from SOE staff; joint ventures require formation documents.

• Deadline: 04 November 2026 at 11:00.
• Submission: via the e-tender portal and/or hand-delivered to Mogale City Bid Box (Civic Centre, Krugersdorp) per the documents.
• Documents to submit: MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; Central Supplier Database registration or summary; Municipal rates/taxes documentation; CSD/TCS as applicable.
• Registrations/pre-qual: CSD; SARS TCS PIN; VAT status if applicable.
• Briefing: compulsory session on 12 October 2026 at 11:00, Mayoral Chamber, Krugersdorp (no virtual session).
