Requirements

• Comply with the City of Cape Town SCM Policy and submit all returnable schedules.
• Achieve minimum functionality score of 60/100 (Experience 40, Technician 30, Supervisor 30).
• Demonstrate relevant experience: 3–5+ similar projects in last 10 years, plus CVs for one Technician and one Supervisor.
• Provide evidence of tax compliance (SARS) and be registered on CSD and the CCT Supplier Database.
• Submit Occupational Health and Safety compliance materials; Health and Safety Plan if requested.
• Be prepared for post-titling due diligence, samples/tests where required, and adherence to two-stage evaluation if applicable.
• Tenderers may be invited as one primary and two alternate suppliers; performance may affect ordering and continuity.

How to Apply

• Site visit/clarification: 29 July 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams (not compulsory but recommended).
• Closing: 13 August 2026 at 10:00; submit in a sealed envelope to the Civic Centre tender box (Front cover details in the document). If too large, enquire at the public counter for alternatives.
