Requirements

• Be registered on City of Cape Town Supplier Database and National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Demonstrate access to OEM-approved maintenance/repair facilities and body-builder facilities within City of Cape Town boundaries; provide documentary proof.
• Body builder for this contract must be registered under the National Road Traffic Act as Builders of Motor Vehicles or Manufacturers; provide documentary proof.
• Submit full technical specifications and drawings for the offered vehicle (pump, water tank, payload/body, sub-frame construction, design criteria).
• Provide required SCM compliance documents (Details of Tenderer; Certificate of Authority for Partnerships/JVs; Declarations of Interest and Conflicts; Certificate of Independent Bid Determination; and related schedules).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; JV partners to provide separate PINs; evidence verified before award.
• For transactions over R10 million: audited financials, evidence of tax clearance, and related disclosures as specified; provide details of any contracts with organs of state.
