Requirements

• Compliance with SCM Policy and full returnable documents (Schedule F.13A–F; Annexures) and contractual terms.
• Complete Schedule F.13A (Product Verification Sheet) and Schedule F.13B (Applicable Options for Dual Cabin Mobile Toilets); provide Schedule F.13C information (ownership/lease details).
• Evidence of tax compliance (SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN) for each party; separate PINs for joint ventures.
• Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Ownership or lease documentation for mobile toilet units (proof of ownership or signed lease; include unit age, year of registration, quantity).
• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act; Health and Safety Plan if requested.
• Financial due diligence: where applicable, draft lease or finance pre-approval details; where units must be purchased, provide relevant finance arrangements.
• No conflicts of interest; provide required declarations and independence documentation.
