Overview

The Lesedi Local Municipality seeks a suitably qualified service provider to perform termite eradication and a quarterly IPM/fumigation programme on an as-when-required basis for three years. Companies with termite control and fumigation capabilities should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced termite eradication and quarterly IPM/fumigation service provider.
• Bids must achieve at least 70 points for functionality to be evaluated on price and specific goals.
• Evaluation uses an 80/20 split (Price 80, Specific goals 20). Preference to bidders demonstrating specific goals.
• Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tax compliance: taxes in order or SARS arrangements; no municipal rates/taxes in arrears.
• Bids must be fully endorsed and completed; pencil bids are invalid. No email/fax submissions.
• Proposals valid for at least 90 days.
• Objections/ complaints must be lodged in writing within 14 days to the municipal manager.

• Closing date and time: 13 July 2026 at 12:00.
• Submission method: sealed envelope, delivered to the Supply Chain Department, Municipal Building, 2nd floor, c/o Du Preez and H.F Verwoerd Street, Heidelberg; tender box open 07:30–15:00, Monday–Friday; no email or fax bids.
