TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN CLOUD-BASED SAGE 300 PEOPLE SOLUTION FOR ETDP SETAClosed

Overview

This tender is to appoint a service provider to support and maintain a cloud-based Sage 300 People solution for ETDP SETA. The SaaS is hosted on Sage Cloud, with a roughly 36-month term to 31 March 2030, covering an annual license for ~8000 users across all modules including Direct Hire, plus Managed Cloud Services (MCS). Bidders must be Sage Business Partner certified and capable of delivering cloud-based HR/payroll maintenance, training, and reporting enhancements (ToR_Sage 300 People Solution_Final.pdf).

Requirements

• Sage Business Partner certification (mandatory) and evidence of Sage 300 People deployments in SA with references (Annexure A).
• Annual license subscription for 8000 users, covering all Sage 300 People modules plus Direct Hire and MCS.
• Backup and disaster recovery, plus regulatory compliance (EMP501/EMP201 submissions to SARS).
• Ongoing system maintenance, bug fixes, enhancements; helpdesk support; user training and knowledge transfer.
• Data security/confidentiality and ability to customise reports.
• Maximum 20 support hours per month, billed per usage; implementation and ongoing support through 31 March 2030.
• Compliance with GCC/SCC; tax clearance and B-BBEE requirements (see SBD forms) (ToR_Sage 300 People Solution_Final.pdf; SBD1/SBD4/SBD6.1).
