Overview

Procurement of a panel of marketing and communication agencies to deliver national marketing and communication services for ETDP SETA. Bidders should be reputable Marketing and Communication agencies with proven capabilities in branding, digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, events, market research, PR, stakeholder engagement, and accessibility (sign language and braille). Must demonstrate a five-year track record with client referrals and submit the required compliance docs (B-BBEE, tax, CSD).

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record in Marketing and Communication across branding, advertising, website, digital marketing, PR, events, content, and monitoring/evaluation; provide evidence file with at least five items per category and referral letters from three clients (last five years).
• Capability to deliver a broad range of services: marketing strategy, brand development, content creation, digital marketing, campaign management, events, market research, reputation management, and accessibility services (Sign Language and Braille).
• Compliance documentation: B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; proof of ownership and meeting specific goals for B-BBEE, plus tax clearance/TCS or CSD registration.
• Contract terms familiarity: GCC/SCC apply; performance security, warranties, payments, penalties, and dispute resolution as per the General Conditions of Contract (ETDP SETA) and SBD requirements.
