Overview

• The National Lotteries Commission seeks a service provider to provide membership subscriptions for access to ICT research and advisory services over a period of two years. Bidders should have proven capability in ICT research platforms, governance/advisory services, and related accreditation to support strategic ICT decision-making, risk management, and value realization.

Requirements

• Compulsory, mandatory briefing session attendance. (NLC TOR)
• Proven experience delivering ICT research platforms and advisory services with a recognized delivery methodology.
• Proprietary Research and Advisory Provider accreditation (must be verifiable).
• Online research/advisory platform: provide a short screen video (max 5 minutes) showing navigation, registration, webinars, etc. (NLC TOR)
• Price and specific goals: adhere to 80/20 or 90/10 preferential scoring; complete SBDs (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and provide CSD and tax compliance details.
• CSD registration and Tax Compliance PIN; separate TCS for participants in JV/consortium; ensure compliance with POPIA and data privacy requirements.
