Establish a panel of marketing agencies to provide GCIS with marketing and communications services for a 3-year period. GCIS invites marketing/communications agencies with relevant government/public sector experience to bid for inclusion on a panel to deliver campaigns, branding, media relations, digital, and related services. Briefing is mandatory.
