Overview

The tender seeks a service provider to conduct an Occupational Health and Safety risk assessment for veterinary offices, institutions, laboratories and clinics in the Eastern Cape. Requirements

• An Occupational Health and Safety Specialist with related qualification (HO-2627-0114-OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY.pdf).
• More than 5 years’ health and safety experience and proof of prior OHS risk assessments.
• Ability to perform planning, risk analysis/evaluation, risk ranking, risk control, and reporting as specified.
• Proof of previous risk assessments and references.
• Registration on CSD and LOGIS; tax compliance status verifiable; CK documents attached.
• Complete and sign all mandated forms (SBDs) and provide joint-venture agreements if applicable.
• Price proposals must be firm for the contract period; comply with GCC/PPPFA requirements (80/20 or 80/20/20 mix as applicable) and specific goals.
• Locality: operate in Eastern Cape; provide evidence of EC office presence.
