Overview

Procurement of an accredited OHS training service for 100 Office of the Valuer-General officials. Bidders should be qualified training providers with SETA/QCTO accreditation for OHS unit standards, with DoEL registration (mandatory for First Aid and driven machinery), and at least 15 years’ OHS training experience. Requirements

• Valid QCTO or SETA accreditation letter detailing the specific OHS unit standards
• Valid DoEL registration certificate (mandatory for First Aid and driven machinery)
• Pricing Schedule completed in full (SBD 3.3)
• Training must be strictly conformant with specifications and offsite
• Provide accredited training covering SHE Representatives, Evacuation Marshals, First Aiders, Fire Fighters/Wardens
• Training must include theoretical and practical components, PPE, materials, assessments, and certificates
• Minimum 15 years’ OHS training experience; provide evidence of similar projects
• Detailed Training Implementation Plan (facilitators, schedule, rollout, concurrent vs. sequential delivery, session sizes, duration, completion measures)
• Evidence of training capacity to handle 100 participants within 4–8 weeks
• Administrative: tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS or CSD number); proof of HDI/Female/PwD status if claiming specific goals
• Deliverables: approved training plan, manuals, attendance registers, assessment/evaluation reports, accredited certificates, close-out report
• Compliance with National Treasury General Conditions of Contract and OVG Supply Chain policies
