Overview

The tender seeks to appoint an Estate Agent to source suitable office and residential accommodation for the MMSEZ in Makhado, Limpopo. Open to estate agents with registration with a regulatory authority, a Fidelity Fund Certificate, and a proven track record in commercial property leasing, including public sector engagements, and knowledge of the Limpopo market.

Requirements

• Registration with the relevant property regulatory authority.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate or equivalent.
• At least five years’ experience in commercial property leasing.
• Proven track record sourcing office accommodation for government/SOE/large clients.
• Knowledge of the Limpopo commercial property market.
• Availability of qualified personnel to undertake the assignment.
• Compliance with tax and supplier databases (PIN/CSD) and complete SBD documents.
