Overview

Rand Water seeks quotes from credible laboratories to analyse and report on 36 organic contaminants in 20 Rand Water water samples (raw and treated) over a 24‑month period. Bidder should be an environmental analytical laboratory with LC/GC‑MS capabilities, QA/QC systems, and the ability to supply sampling bottles with preservatives; must deliver four sampling events (biannually) with invoicing per event. Only one supplier will be awarded.

Requirements

• Credible laboratory capable of 36 contaminant analyses across 20 samples per event, four events in 24 months.
• Provide sampling bottles with preservation chemicals where applicable.
• Complete the pricing schedule for all 36 items (biannual sampling over two years).
• Compliance: VAT registration; SANAS/DTIC B‑BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs); SBD 4 and Company Resolution Letter; functionality/documents as specified in the RFQ.
• Adhere to Rand Water terms (no advance payments, 30‑day payment, 12‑month warranty on deliverables, confidentiality).
