Thapane Regional Water Scheme; Upgrading & Extension (Reservoir Completion)

Overview

The procurement is for Thapane Regional Water Scheme; Upgrading & Extension (Reservoir Completion). This construction tender targets eligible contractors with CIDB 6 CE to undertake reservoir completion works, including on-site requirements and registrations. Requirements

• CIDB grading: 6 CE
• Proof of Workmen’s Compensation certificate
• VAT registration; CIPC entity registration
• Tax clearance PIN
• Authority to sign; certified IDs for owners/directors
• Signed form of offer; statement of municipal rates/taxes not in arrears (not older than 3 months) or traditional authority letter (if applicable)
• Lease agreement if property is rented; or affidavit if residing/proposing operations elsewhere
• All alterations signed; documents in original format; CSD report
• Audited financial statements for last 3 years; accountant’s certificate of solvency and no material irregularities
• Certified copies not older than 3 months; original certification only
• Completion of all MBD forms
• Evaluation: 100 points for functionality; minimum 80 points to proceed to price/preference evaluation
• Bid fee: R2500 (proof of payment required on collection)

• Pay non-refundable bid fee of R2500 to Mopani District Municipality, FNB account 62854372093; use company name as reference; provide payment proof on collection.

• Sealed bid documents must be deposited in Mopani’s Tender Box (Entrance); no late submissions.
