THE APPOINTMENT OF A MICROSOFT CLOUD SOLUTIONS PARTNER TO REDEVELOP, ENHANCE, MAINTAIN AND SUPPORT NERSA’S MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT CLOUD ENVIRONMENT FOR ITS INTRANET INCLUDING ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EDRMS) FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS

Overview

The procurement is the appointment of a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner to redevelop, enhance, maintain and support NERSA’s Microsoft SharePoint Cloud environment for its intranet, including the Electronic Documents and Records Management System (EDRMS), for five years. Suitable bidders are Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partners with accreditation in Modern Work, Digital and App Innovation (including Cloud Infrastructure), proven SharePoint Cloud/intranet/EDRMS delivery, and the ability to provide Records Management compliance and references.

Requirements

• Proof of being a Microsoft Solutions Accredited Partner (Mandatory) with numbers and expiry.
• Accreditation across Modern Work, Digital and App Innovation, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience redeveloping, enhancing, maintaining and supporting SharePoint Cloud intranet and EDRMS; contactable references.
• Records Management Compliance letter from NARSSA.
• B-BBEE certificate or SANAS-sworn affidavit; preference points for Black Owned / Black Woman Owned.
• Registration on the National Treasury CSD (proof: CSD summary or MA Number).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin; valid tax clearance or TCS.
• Confidential security clearance documentation; membership of professional bodies (optional).
• Completion of standard forms (Bidder’s Disclosure, Preference Points Claim, Invitation to Bid) and acceptance of Special Conditions.
• Proof of being a Microsoft Accredited Partner (with certification number and expiry) and related project evidence.
• Labour Legislation Requirements (CIPC) and project team CVs (Account Manager, Project Manager); pricing schedule submitted separately in a sealed envelope.
