Overview

Procurement of a panel of mediators and legal experts to provide strategic advice and mediation services to the Commission on Restitution of Land Rights for five years. Suitable bidders are firms or individuals with proven mediation, legal advisory, dispute-resolution and restitution experience, capable of operating in a South African public-sector environment.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and experience in mediation, arbitration or legal advisory within restitution or land-rights contexts.
• Compliance with National Treasury CSD registration and SARS tax requirements (see SBD forms); provide CSD reference numbers and Tax Compliance Status where applicable; separate TCS for each consortium member.
• Completed bid documents: LA1.1, LA1.2, LA1.3, LA1.6, LA1.7, plus SBD 1, SBD 4, GCC and Terms of Reference.
• Authority to sign: board/authorised signatory resolutions (LA1.6, LA1.7) for sole or consortium tenderers; ensure enterprise stamp and signatures.
