Overview

The appointment of a panel of Service Providers for installation and maintenance of local and international leased lines and related services for five years. Bidders with telecoms/network capability to install/maintain leased lines (local and international), on an as-needed basis, may bid singly or as a joint venture. CIDB registration (where applicable) and a proven track record in similar services are desirable.

Requirements

• Proof of authority to bid and sign (board resolutions; JV lead partner where applicable). (see 010 Resolution of board of directors - Participation.pdf)
• If bidding as a consortium/JV, a joint venture agreement and authority documents for signing (including the Certificate of Authority for Joint Ventures). (see 011, 012, 012 Authority of JV.pdf)
• CIDB registration (if applicable) and related returnable schedules; provision of CIDB details in bid documents. (see 012 Returnable Schedules)
• Demonstrated capability to install/maintain local and international leased lines; references and resources to support delivery.
• Compliance with General Conditions of Contract (GCC July 2010) and any Special Conditions; submission of required warranties, performance security within 30 days of award, and insurance requirements.
