Overview

The appointment of a panel of Service Providers for the installation and maintenance of local and international leased lines and services on an as-and-when-required basis for five years. Bidders should have capabilities across Ethernet, Dark Fibre, and Best Effort Layer 2, with appropriate licenses, connectivity capabilities, SLA/KPI discipline, and ongoing maintenance support.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance and SARS tax compliance status (PIN) or a CIDB/CSD registration as applicable.
• I-ECNS or I-ECS telecommunications license and ICASA-approved equipment.
• CIDB registration number (if applicable) and BBBEE compliance as specified.
• Minimum of three reference letters or emails from current/former clients.
• Board resolutions authorising bid participation (and JV agreements if bidding as a consortium).
• Acceptance of Sentech’s General Conditions of Contract and related tender terms; sign all required SBD forms (e.g., SBD1, SBD4, SBD5, SBD6.1).
• Ability to provide Ethernet, Dark Fibre, and Best Effort Layer 2 services with SLA commitments and 24/7 NOC support.
• Compliance with returnable documentation and bid integrity requirements (two-envelope submission; separate technical and financial proposals).

How to Apply
