Overview

The appointment of a panel of service providers to maintain and repair water pumps, swimming pool pumps, and electrical systems at Garden Route District Municipality owned properties for a three-year period. Suitable bidders are those with CIDB grading 3EB or higher and experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance, plumbing, and related works; must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), hold SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or a CSD number, and provide B-BBEE documentation.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 3EB or higher.
• Compliance: registered on CSD; valid Tax Clearance Status PIN (or CSD number); VAT registered.
• B-BBEE: valid original certificate or certified copy; or sworn affidavit if applicable.
• Locality: evidence of Garden Route District presence to access locality points.
• Confidentiality and compliance: POPIA and related procurement integrity requirements; ability to provide supporting material as requested.
