THE APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SUPPLY, DELIVER, AND OFFLOAD SPECIFIED MATERIAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FENCES AND BOREHOLES FOR THE DURATION OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS.

Overview

Appointment of a panel of service providers to supply, deliver, and offload specified material for the construction of fences and boreholes for 36 months. The DoA invites suppliers of construction materials and drilling equipment (e.g., borehole casings 177mm/140mm, 6½” drill hammers, related items) to join a panel for delivery to Modimolle depot. Bidder eligibility includes adherence to GCC and attached SBD forms, CSD registration, and tax compliance; preference points apply (80/20).

Requirements

• Complete and submit GCC and attached forms: SBD1, SBD3, SBD4, SBD5, SBD6.1 and SPECIFICATIONS.
• Register with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include reference numbers on SBD1.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; if part of a joint venture, each party must have TCS/CSD.
• Submit bid on official forms in sealed envelope; include pricing and compliance details; ensure market price disclosure if sole agent.
• Use 80/20 preference points; provide proof for HDI, female, disability, youth, and local ownership on SBD6.1 as applicable.
• Compulsory briefing session: 02 November 2026, 11:00, at 1 Thabo Mbeki Drive, Modimolle (attendance mandatory).
• Bid closing: 18 November 2026 at 11:00; bids to be deposited in the DoA Bid Box at 20 Steve Biko Road, Arcadia, Pretoria.
• The 90-day validity period applies to bids; a performance security may be required if awarded.
