The appointment of a panel of service providers to undertake risk infrastructure planning, raise funding, and implement key municipal projects for Kannaland Municipality over three years. Bidders should have capabilities in municipal risk planning, project delivery, and funding/fundraising, with compliance to national procurement and B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Valid original tax clearance certificate.
• B-BBEE certificate.
• Certified copies of directors’ and owners’ identities.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or immediate registration if not already registered.
• Tender documents to be completed and submitted in the original sealed envelope; envelope must be endorsed with the tender number, title, and closing date.
• Tender validity of 90 days after closing date (as per document terms).
• Tender to be submitted in hard copy only; late or non-compliant submissions will not be accepted.
• Tender documents are available for purchase (non-refundable); payment by cash or bank deposit; bank details provided in the tender notice.
• The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, or reject tenders, and is not obliged to award to the lowest bidder.

How to Apply

• Pay the non-refundable fee of R640.20 per set to Kannaland Municipality (bank details in the notice) and collect the documents as above.
• Prepare the fully completed original tender document for submission in a sealed envelope, endorsed with the tender number, title, and closing date.
• Submit in the tender box at Kannaland Municipality – Building, 32 Church Street, Ladismith by 12:00 on 10 July 2026 (GMT+2). Bids submitted by email or fax will not be accepted; the box is opened publicly after the closing time.
• Ensure CSD registration has been completed if not already in place.
