Overview

The procurement seeks the appointment of a Professional Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Agent for the renovation of Drakensberg Lodge, under Tender Document CO 26/15 O, and also invites bids for a separate 4IR smart-centre project (Service 1). Requirements

• Compulsory site meetings: 14 July 2026 (OHS) at Drakensberg Lodge; 11:00; 10–15 min early arrival; late arrivals not admitted (see attached). 15 July 2026 (4IR) visit to ITB Campus and Dundee Campus; 10:00 start.
• Closing dates: Service 2 (OHS) 3 August 2026; Service 1 (4IR) 23 July 2026; both before 12:00.
• Documentation: Bid must be on the official Bill of Quantities; completion in full; no late submissions; only issued tender documents accepted.
• Fees: R500.00 per document (non-refundable); documents available by email 3 July 2026–dates listed above; proof of payment to Peggy Mazibuko.
• Submission location: Tender Documents to be placed in the Tender Box at Majuba TVET College Central Office, 83 Allen Street, Newcastle 2940.
