The contract seeks a specialist in environmental chemistry/data analysis/policy development to produce a National Chemicals Profile, with deliverables including data acquisition & mapping, regulatory & institutional capacity assessment, technical infrastructure, environmental & socio-economic impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and an inception report guiding the 24-month project.
