Overview

The appointment of a professional service provider for the acquisition of water use license and water use licence authorisations for 19 ERWAT Water Care Works over three (3) years. Bidders should have experience in regulatory licensing and water compliance processes relevant to ERWAT’s water treatment assets.

Requirements

• Bids evaluated under ERWAT SCM Policy, MFMA SCM Regulations, PPPFA 2022, GCC, and any special conditions.
• ERWAT may accept any bid or part thereof; bids need not be the lowest and must be comprehensively completed.
• Bids must be submitted on the original bid documentation with all compulsory documents; non-response may lead to disqualification.
• CIDB: N/A.
• Bid documents available for download on ERWAT’s website; hard copies available on request for R250.00.
