Overview

The appointment of a Sage-Accredited service provider to provide maintenance, support, system customization, module implementation, and software renewal services for Sage Intacct and Sage 300 People for 36 months. Bidders should be Sage-accredited service providers with proven capability in Sage Intacct and Sage 300 People, including ongoing maintenance, customization, module implementation, and software renewals, with strong integration and governance experience. Requirements

• Proven delivery of Sage Intacct and Sage 300 People maintenance, customization, implementation, and support;
• Evidence: multiple project letters/plans and client references;
• Accredited Sage Intacct and Sage 300 People partner status;
• Qualified project lead with minimum 3 years’ relevant Sage experience (CV and accreditations required);
• Detailed SLA and support model, including 100% service levels and dedicated account representation;
• Compliance: two-envelope bid submission, SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), JV/consortium agreements if applicable;
• Regulatory: CSD registration, tax compliance (including SARS TCS or tax clearance); NIPP/SBD5 where relevant;
• Insurance requirements and confidentiality commitments;
• Total cost of ownership considerations and fair pricing with potential BAFO;
• Returnable documents must be valid for contract term.
