The appointment of a service provider for removal of bird nests, fumigation and bird-proofing at the Central Office, South Cape TVET College. Bidders with pest-control, fumigation and bird-proofing capabilities; must be registered pest-control professionals (SAPCA/PCIPC), comply with OHSA and environmental regulations, and meet SCC bid-document requirements (tax compliance, CSD, BBBEE). The contract includes on-site nest removal, fumigation, installation of bird-proofing netting and related reporting, with a 65‑day validity period and mandatory briefing.

Requirements

• SAPCA and/or PCIPC registration as pest-control professionals
• Compliance with OHSA, PPE and local environmental regulations during fumigation
• BBBEE certification or sworn affidavit
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/CSD registration where applicable
• Corporate documents (CIPCO), latest municipal account or lease, and tax pin
• Complete and submit SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9) and price declaration with a detailed price schedule
• Bid validity as specified (65 days) and adherence to contract conditions
