Procurement of a service provider to secure provincial office space for the National Development Agency (NDA) in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, for 60 months. Bidders should be letting agents or property owners able to identify premises (≈200 m²) with required parking, accessibility, security, and back-up power, ready for NDA occupation from January 2027.

Requirements

• Experience in office-space management; provide three appointment letters from the past 5 years.
• Submit a detailed Project Plan with a Gantt chart; include a floor layout of ≥200 m².
• Premises must meet: central location within 2 km of roads/public transport; disability accessibility (lift or ramp); parking per Table 2.1; partitioning capability; 24/7 security with cameras and visitor recording; power backup; fibre readiness.
• Special technical/commercial conditions: electricity certificate, water backup (jojo tank), grade A/B building, architectural input for partitioning, insurance, branding of bays, TI allowance of R1500/m² VAT inclusive; two exit/entry points; main entrance security gates.
• Phase 02 mandatory requirements (zoning, branding, TI, refurbishment responsibility, NDA occupancy). Include signed confirmations.
• Central Supplier Database registration and compliance with tax (SARS TCS), CSD where applicable; JV/consortium documentation if applicable.
• Specific-goal preferences (BBEE-related): points for black ownership, Mpumalanga location, black African women, and black African youth; require proof (e.g., CSD locality).
