Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply, implement, support and maintain SANAS’s cloud-based ERP system (Dynamics 365) for three years, including integrated HR, Procurement & SCM, Project & Operations, DMS, Marketing, EPM, and Risk modules. Suitable bidders are ERP implementation specialists with proven Dynamics 365 cloud deployments, capability in end-to-end delivery (licensing, configuration, migration, integration, training) and robust post-go-live support, within a governance and compliance-focused public-sector context.

Requirements

• End-to-end ERP implementation and ongoing support for a cloud Dynamics 365 solution, including licensing, configuration, migration, training and maintenance.
• Experience delivering integrated modules (HR, Procurement & SCM, Project & Operations, DMS, BI/Reporting, EPM, Risk) and integrating with Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Office 365).
• Capability to perform business process analysis, future-state design, data migration, system integration, reporting/BI, and change management with strong governance, risk, and compliance (POPIA, auditability, security).
• Proven project management capability, sufficient resources, and clear post-implementation support with SLAs and governance controls.
