THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY CORPORATE BRANDED ATTIRE FOR SMT AND COUNCIL MEMBERS AT SOUTH CAPE TVET COLLEGE.

Overview

Supply and delivery of corporate branded attire for SMT and Council Members at South Cape TVET College, including logo embroidery. Bidders should be apparel suppliers with experience in corporate clothing, embroidery, sizing, delivery logistics, and after-sales/warranty support, preferably with TVET/education sector references.

Requirements

• Embroidered corporate attire with official logos (Front Left DHET/Department of Education and Front Right College Logo) for 18 designated members.
• Six-month warranty on defects; on-site fitting/testing and handover as applicable.
• Evidence of capability: company profile, two reference letters for corporate clothing supply, product brochures/specs, warranty info, and a sample prior to full delivery.
• Mandatory compliance documents: BBBEE (certificate or sworn affidavit), municipal account/lease, tax clearance or PIN, CSD number, two years’ reference letters for Graduation Regalia at TVET/Universities.
• Sample and ongoing technical support/after-sales service during the warranty period.
• Adherence to GCC/SBD requirements and price declarations; ensure no previous supply-chain wrongdoing per BSC/SBD checks.

• Registrations/Pre-qualifications: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or TCS; CSD registration number; municipal account; CIP/Company registration; ensure tax matters are in order.
