Overview

The Appointment of a Service Provider for Supply, implementation, and support of end-user computing devices, including all associated services, for Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS). Bid is open to suppliers with End-User Computing (EUC) capability, OEM authorisation or authorised reseller status, stock/logistics capacity, and experience in imaging, asset tagging, and onsite warranty support.

Requirements

• Compulsory MS Teams briefing attendance and formal registration.
• Minimum three reference letters for EUC and Support projects (last 5 years), on client letterhead, with contact details.
• Valid OEM authorisation letter or authorised reseller certificate for proposed equipment.
• Completed specification compliance with supporting datasheets; no material deviations from minimum tech specs.
• Confirmed product availability/stock and reliable supply capability, with lead times and contingency options.
• Warranty: minimum 3-year Next Business Day onsite warranty, with defined parts, labour, and support.
• Delivery capability: clear delivery plan, timelines, production/logistics capacity, risk mitigation.
• Asset tagging capability: documented tagging methodology, asset register, unique identifiers, and QA processes.
• Software imaging capability: pre-imaged devices with standard organisational images; QA and bulk-imaging capacity.
• All bids must comply with Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS/Tax requirements, OEM accreditation, and POPIA/Confidentiality norms as indicated in the RFP.
