Overview

The appointment of a service provider to develop DR RUTH SEGOMOTSI MOMPATI District Municipality’s Environmental Management Framework (EMF) and an Activity Exclusion Standard over 24 months. Suitable bidders are environmental consultancies with NEMA/EMF expertise, ability to deliver district-wide stakeholder engagement, and capacity to coordinate across departments; registration with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance are required.

Requirements

• Professional, suitably qualified service provider to develop EMF and Activity Exclusion Standard under NEMA and EMF Regulations.
• Capacity to define and spatially map environmental state, management zones, and a district-wide strategic management plan; perform robust stakeholder engagement.
• Compliance with Government GCC and completion of attached bid forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD5, SBD6.1) and contract documentation (SBD7).
• Registration with CSD and inclusion of reference numbers on SBD1; SARS Tax Compliance Status (or CSD number) as applicable.
• For consortiums/JVs, separate TCS/PIN documentation per party; bid validity period (120 days) applies.
