Overview

The appointment of a service provider to deliver the Municipal Finance Management Programme (MFMP) for five municipal officials, enabling MFMA-compliant qualifications. Bidders should have public-sector MFMP experience and MFMA knowledge, with proven municipal project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in providing MFMP services to municipalities or public sector bodies
• Minimum five years’ MFMP experience
• Knowledge of MFMA and related legislation and reporting frameworks
• Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (original) with quotation
• Proposals evaluated on 80/20 PPPFA basis; criteria include functionality, experience, accreditation, and compliance
• Specific goals: HDI 10, Locality 6, Youth 4
• Bid validity: 90 days; prices include delivery; bidder may be awarded the whole or part of the bid
