Overview

This tender seeks a service provider to deliver a fully managed printing solution for ATNS, including supply, delivery, implementation and ongoing support of 26 multifunction printers and print management software for 96 devices. It targets ICT/printing solution vendors with OEM or authorised reseller status capable of nationwide deployment, secure printing, remote monitoring, and a 60-month rental model.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing attendance and three verifiable reference letters (past 5 years) for similar implementations.
• Valid OEM certificate or authorised reseller letter confirming scope of supply and services.
• Hardware compliance: compliant A3 (11 units) and A4 (15 units) printers with specified specs.
• Software documentation: manuals, architecture diagrams, compatibility matrices.
• SARS Tax Compliance PIN/TCS and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; separate proofs for consortia/joint ventures.
• Declaration of Interest and adherence to bid documentation (SBD forms) and BBBEE documentation for preference points.
