Overview

The South Cape TVET College seeks to appoint a service provider to provide accommodation services to the College. Bidders with experience in accommodation/hospitality management and public-sector procurement compliance (including B-BBEE and tax/compliance requirements) should consider bidding. The bid is valid for 64 days, with a closing date of 25 June 2026.

Requirements

• Conform to General Conditions of Contract and the College’s specifications (including GCC/SCC and all attached specifications).
• Provide a performance security within 30 days after award (bank guarantee, irrevocable letter of credit, or cash).
• Maintain appropriate insurance for goods/services and delivery obligations.
• Ensure tax compliance and SARS tax clearance; comply with municipal rates/charges as applicable.
• Submit B-BBEE documentation to qualify for preference (B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit as applicable).
• Complete and submit all SBDs and the Price Schedule (SBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) and the Price Declaration Form, plus related tender documents.
• Meet document-completeness requirements listed in the bidding checklist (Tax pin, municipal/lease docs, CIPRO/registration, share certificates, and shareholding details).
