Overview

The procurement is for a service provider to deliver live streaming services for the 4IR Building event at South Cape TVET College Mossel Bay Campus. Bidders should be professional livestreaming/AV suppliers capable of multi‑platform streaming (external Facebook Live with crossposts to DHET, merSETA, ETDP SETA; internal Teams broadcast), on‑site crew, bonded internet, multiple cameras, audio, lighting, and roaming camera support for the 16 July 2026 event.

Requirements

• Demonstrated capability for dual‑platform streaming (Facebook Live + Teams) and multi‑camera production.
• Equipment: 3 x 1080p broadcast cameras; 1 broadcast‑grade switcher (≥4 inputs); 1 hardware encoder/streaming workstation with local recording; full video cabling and signal management.
• On‑site crew: 1 A/V technician/livestream engineer; 2 x camera operators.
• Audience displays: 2 x 75"–85" displays with stands; HDMI/SDI routing and power management.
• Audio: venue audio ingest, multi‑presenter mics; livestream and local recording audio.
• Lighting: 1 LED lighting kit suitable for small stage; related stands and power distribution.
• Internet infrastructure: bonded 4G/5G router or equivalent, pre‑configured for resilient 1080p streaming.
• Roaming camera support to cover separate locations (4IR Labs and CoS Centre).
• Compliance: tax clearance (PIN/CSD), CIPCO/BBBEE documentation, latest municipal lease or account.
• Documentation: complete bid forms (SBDs) and price schedule; price must include VAT.
