Overview

Provision of passenger transport services for 33 passengers for the WC COSACSA Rugby Tournament, Beaufort West to Cape Town and return (4–7 September 2026), for South Cape TVET College. Suitable for service providers with licensed, roadworthy vehicles, professionally qualified drivers, and compliance with South African transport regulations.

Requirements

• Vehicles: properly licensed, roadworthy, clean, with functional seat belts, adequate luggage capacity, and insurance for passenger transport; equipped with a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher; valid operating licences or permits where applicable.
• Drivers: valid licences for the vehicle, valid PrDP/PDP where applicable, relevant long-distance passenger transport experience, professional conduct, and passenger safety focus.
• Mandatory bid documents: copies of vehicle registrations, roadworthy certificates, operating licences/permits, drivers’ licences/PrDP, and at least one contactable reference for similar transport in the last 3 years.
• Compliance: BBBEE certification, latest municipal account or lease agreement, tax clearance (or PIN), and Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; supplier must not be in service of the state.
• Documentation: complete SBD forms and a detailed price/schedule (per the RFQ).
