The appointment of a service provider for the provision of VOIP Services to South Cape TVET College for a period of three (3) years. • Tender process rules: Single-envelope submission; no alternative offers; 90-day bid validity; 80/20 or 90/10 preference scoring with BBBEE and specific goals; no telephonic/fax submissions.
• Documentation: Complete Form of Offer and Acceptance, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, Declaration of Interests, Certification of Independent Bid Determination, Capacity of Bidder, and other listed returnable documents; provide Tax Clearance or PIN; CIDB confirmation; NIP-related requirements where applicable.
