Overview

The RFQ seeks a supplier to supply and deliver 45 x 8GB DDR4 desktop RAM modules (2666MHz) to the Oudtshoorn Campus of South Cape TVET College. Suitable bidders are RAM module suppliers/distributors with the ability to deliver and compliance with SA procurement requirements (tax clearance or SARS TCS PIN, CSD, BBBEE, etc.).

Requirements

• 45 units of 8GB DDR4 desktop RAM, 2666MHz, non-ECC unbuffered, 288-pin DIMMs; typically 1Rx8 or 2Rx8.
• Delivery to South Cape TVET College, Oudtshoorn Campus, 48 Adderley Street, Oudtshoorn 6620.
• Warranty: minimum 12 months; supplier must repair/replace defects under warranty.
• Compliance: GCC/SCC, special conditions; tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD), BBBEE, municipal account/lease, CIPRO registration, and CSD number.
• Pricing fixed for the contract term; payments within 30 days of invoice; one-off delivery contract.
• Adhere to bid documentation (SBD forms, price schedule) and preferred points system (80/20 or 90/10) with specific goals.
